We've moved, and we're back!
Following the change in directives from public health, physiotherapists have been given the go ahead to reopen for regular care. That being said we are reopening with many new precautions designed to keep everyone safe for this new reality. We have upgrade our already comprehensive disinfecting to include all common areas throughout the day, your therapist will be wearing a mask and eye protection, and we will be encouraging patients to wear masks, and clean hands upon entering the treatment area.
We already only offered one-on-one treatments, so distancing was never an issue, but we have implemented increased gaps between appointments to ensure you are never waiting, and we have adequate time to clean and disinfect between each and every appointment.
We will begin a gradual opening to ensure spacing and safety, so expect a call if you are a current patient, and please contact us directly to book if you are a new patient to discuss what course of treatment is best! We will continue to offer virtual appointments to anyone who is uncomfortable or unable to physically enter the clinic, again to make sure the safety of everyone is a priority.
If you have not heard from your therapist, and have a very pressing issue, please do not hesitate to contact us right away.
We are so looking forward to seeing you all at our brand new location at 6212 Perth St!
Who we are
Response Physical Therapy offers a different treatment approach, one that is all about you.
When you come for a treatment at Response, you will spend 100% of that time with your physiotherapist. You won't be pushed off to someone else, and they won't be bouncing from patient to patient. When you book an appointment at Response that time is yours. That time is dedicated to working together to diagnose the root cause of your problems, and to treat that cause, not just the symptoms. This approach will help you to feel better quickly, and to stay feeling better. At Response we care about you, and we want to help you get back to the things that are important to you as quickly, and safely as we possibly can.
At Response we treat people of all ages and all walks of life. Our therapist will work with you to design a treatment plan that is completely tailored to your specific condition, and that works toward the goals that are important to you. We want to help you get back to your life- we believe you should be able to do the things you love, and to feel good at the same time!
